Lived here for the past year, totally loved it! The apartments are about a 1 mile walk to the heart of campus (the stadium). The apartment managers are totally responsive and go above and beyond to help fix ANY issues that arise in the units. Most of the units are newly renovated and gorgeous on the inside! The complex is small enough that it has a community feel. The central gardens in the middle of the complex are also a plus :)
Cannot recommend enough. Morgan is a phenomenal landlord - super responsive & friendly. I never waited longer than a day for the maintenance staff - Frank & Anthony - when small things came up. The complex itself is modest but in a perfect location. It's walkable to campus and close to downtown, with RTS bus stops closeby. Also one of few complexes close to campus to include a parking spot. Lots of grad students and a quiet community - it's great if you're looking for your own one-bedroom/studio space (I lived in studio).
