Front Desk Reception: Cassidy - 5-Stars. Pleasant and smiling. Kim - 5-Stars. Assistant who took me to the examination room. Very pleasant. Hygienist Susan: 5-Stars. Very pleasant very professional. Dentist Dr. Chad. 5-Star+++. Overall: A very pleasant experience. However, I left confused on my diagnosis. I dont feel there is consistency between Dr. Chad's assessment and that of the dental hygienist. This could be due to the fact that I see a new hygienist each visit.
