I’ve had Dr. Colona for a few years and she has been the right balance of personable and professional. She makes sure I understand all the options in my treatment but never pressures me in any direction. I’ve really been grateful to have her as my doctor through it all and I highly recommend her.
I saw Dr. Colonna at the (very expensive) breast cancer risk clinic. She was over an hour late, terse, and unprepared. The professionalism and helpfulness were blatantly subpar from start to finish. Unfortunately she is the only physician for this clinic. No option to change docs. I wish I'd recorded this encounter and forwarded to hospital administration along with my concerns about accuracy of documentation. It was that bad.
