This is based on renting one of the Colonna's Long Beach CA apartments for several years. When I had a major inhuman, unhealthy, and code violating problem in my apartment, the Colonna's ignored it and did nothing for months! Years later, the Colonna's suddenly raised by rent to a ridiculously high amount. The Colonna's did these things even though I always paid my rent on time, was quiet, clean, and almost never complained.
