Superb, Sublime, Stellar..food and ambiance always on point and never disappoints!!
The food was fresh, healthy, and flavorful. I had a kale salad and it was the best I have ever had. Atmosphere was nice as well.
Absolutely divine! Awesome server, amazing food, out of this world wine, don't even get me started on the Squid Ink Gemelli, & cheese plates. If only I had more than 5 stars...

Wonderful service, ambiance and incredibly fresh, delectable food. From the cocktails, to the appetizers, salad, main course, and ending with the dessert, every item was outstanding. The flavors were interesting and complimentary and never overpowering. An absolutely delicious and lovely evening spent dining at the Colonie. I can't wait to return! Thank you!
