My work order was rapidly completed by a cheerful and gracious maintenance man. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate you making MAA Twin Lakes such a wonderful place to live.
I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Silva at the MMA office. She was very kind, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate her kindness and the way she treated me with respect and understanding. Jennifer is a wonderful person and a great representative of the office. Thank you so much for all your help, Jennifer! I sincerely appreciate you and highly recommend her. Love you
