UPDATE: I love the response from management that the PM didnt reach out to the ppl above me. Yes she did, the NEW manager did reach out to them as well as myself. Good try though. After this review they sent me a bill for $200 but didnt send one to my former room mate. That is how i professiinal this place is. Listen to the bad reviews as the good reviews are FAKE. Helped a friend move into MAA Twin Lakes and was super impressed. The place is clean, quiet, and feels really welcoming. Chad was awesome—super friendly and made the whole process easy for my friend. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who live there. If you're looking for a solid spot to live, definitely check this place out!
Each and every maintenance worker has been phenomenal over the last 4 years. ALWAYS working hard with a great attitude. Maintenance supervisor Carlos is wonderful to work with. Highlight of my time here.
Ramon was awesome! He and his team were here less than ten minutes and squared me away! Awesome service!
