Maintenance team is amazing, truly the best part of living here. That said, I experienced repeated AC issues (which increased my electric bill) and also had my apartment flood due to a washing machine drainage problem. While maintenance was always quick to respond, the issues were recurring, which made it feel like some concerns may require more long term solutions. The move out process was also confusing. Clay did an excellent job replacing my batteries for my door lock. He was fast and efficient. It’s a great location that is convenient to Kroger, Oglethorpe Mall and many other places in the surrounding areas. Kelly and Clay are awesome and wonderful!! They will respond to your maintenance issues immediately, and they usually will resolved them in a timely and efficient manner. They will accommodate you if an issue cannot be completed within a day or two. They do go above and beyond. They look out for all of the tenants here... read more
