I love how quickly maintenance responds here. I have had two incident and both were handled within 24hrs. Jessy is professional, competent at his job, and very friendly. Best maintenance man I've had so far.
If I didn't have an American Staffordshire that is frequently not allowed in other complexes, then there is no way I would be living here. Tons of issue upon moving in. Disgusting dryer that reeked and had to be replaced, unclean counters and floors, clogged drain, dishwasher that didn't work and had to be replaced etc. Landscapers constantly blow debris onto my porch causing pooling water and bugs.
