We lived in the Colonial Village Apartments for a year in 2012 and the first month was wonderful. Sure no place is perfect, but we loved the space, the layout, and the privacy. After about a month we started noticing bites on our bodies that were definitely not mosquitos. After further investigation we learned that those bites were from bed bugs that were coming out of our outlet in our bedroom.
