Colonial Toyota Inc does not do good quality work I Purchased a 2003 Tacoma. I discovered that all of the tires were over inflated by 10 Pounds. The Service manager was indifferent about it. I had a oil change and lube at 46,000 miles. I discovered that the engine oil level was 1/2 quart low the next morning. I went back to a Colonial Toyota and the service manager said that an oil change that leaves the engine at 1/2 quart low was OK. WHAT A SUCKER!!!!!! I really dislike writing this review because I am the type of person that it is much easier for me to turn the other cheek than it is to complain. I would like to start out by saying I truly enjoyed the service I received while purchasing my 2008 Avalon this past February (2011). The salesperson was incredible, easy to work with, and courteous. Great for a new or used car! Colonial Toyota has some of those no pressure sales people that you've only heard about before. But these guys are the real deal. They worked hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. We've used their maintenance services several times, and couldn't be happier with the prices or the quality of the work!
