They are very nice people and go beyond norm to help customers, very impressive. I had an emergency on my tire, they had same tire in stock and fixed in 30min. They also try to help on the road hazard coverage from the manufacturer. Well beyond my expectations. Will come back again ….
In the area for a soccer tournament and my valve stem failed. They got us in and fixed up right away and even brought out the old stem to show me.
As always Colonial is amazing. I needed work done on my car and figured my week vacation was the best time to do it while I was out of country. Miguel as always gave me great customer care getting a quote set up so I could pay for the services ahead of time over the phone since I was doing an over night dropoff.
