In the area for a soccer tournament and my valve stem failed. They got us in and fixed up right away and even brought out the old stem to show me.
As always Colonial is amazing. I needed work done on my car and figured my week vacation was the best time to do it while I was out of country. Miguel as always gave me great customer care getting a quote set up so I could pay for the services ahead of time over the phone since I was doing an over night dropoff. Been coming here since the 80's. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else
Removed my heat shield and told me they couldn’t order the part so I ordered it myself. Went back and they tried to install it but the size was wrong so I went back and bought the right one, but now the rude manager is telling me they can’t install it. Update: False! I purchased it from the website your mechanic told me to buy it from, NOT eBay! After I was rudely turned away I took my car to Meineke around the corner and they installed it no questions asked.
