It has officially been 1 month in my new apartment and I love it! I mean I had 1 run in with an overly entitled neighbor but besides that it has been great! Helen the apartment manager is awesome! Easy to talk to and work with. The application and move in process has been amazing! I would Definitely recommend to a friend!
Soderberg has been exceptionally helpful to me since my sister, who I shared an apartment with, passed away last month. Helen Vos has found another apartment for me right here in this building. I was so afraid of having to move elsewhere because I like it here. She has been a great help to me and has given me a hug when I didn't even know I needed it. Some apartment managers are real rock stars and Helen is one of them.
As a vendor I have to say Helen has been a pleasant helpful professional and great manager to work with! Awesome work Helen! Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!
These apartments have gone downhill fast. Unfortunately due to a Property Manager change a lot has gotten worse. Said New Manager is almost never in office even though their own sign states that the office hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. They have been doing inspections to fix issues that we have been trying to get fixed for well over a year because the state is coming. I have been living in colonial terrace for the past 3 years and all the staff are nothing but great! Helen is very friendly and easy to talk to. Also maintenance worker Manny!
