These apartments have gone downhill fast. Unfortunately due to a Property Manager change a lot has gotten worse. Said New Manager is almost never in office even though their own sign states that the office hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. They have been doing inspections to fix issues that we have been trying to get fixed for well over a year because the state is coming. I have been living in colonial terrace for the past 3 years and all the staff are nothing but great! Helen is very friendly and easy to talk to. Also maintenance worker Manny!

Lived at Colonial Terrace for four years and loved this place! Very convenient location (close to downtown Minneapolis and West End) and a great neighborhood! While living here, never ran into any issues, maintenance was quick and management also responded in a quickly manner. Also loved that they have a fitness room. Current management (Bre) is the best! Soderberg is lucky to have her!!!
