Highly recommend the Colonial Terrace Apartments! Lived in building 5621 for four years and never ran into any issues. Loved how they had a fitness room, laundry rooms, and an outdoor grill. The location is AMAZING. Super close to downtown Minneapolis and West End. Management (Bre) and maintenance are the best!!!
Lived at Colonial Terrace for four years and loved this place! Very convenient location (close to downtown Minneapolis and West End) and a great neighborhood! While living here, never ran into any issues, maintenance was quick and management also responded in a quickly manner. Also loved that they have a fitness room. Current management (Bre) is the best! Soderberg is lucky to have her!!!
We where welcomed by management. The kindness and understanding. They worked with us on our emotional support cats. There is an elevator for wheel chair access. I was even given accommodations to use the garage for wheel chair access. The missing star would be for some of the behaver of a few residents. Although management helped handle the situation. Great experience living here for an affordable price! 5621 building is clean, quiet, and safe. Maintenance is quick to respond for any repairs and management also does a great job communicating work done in the building ahead of time. Highly recommend!
Michele was filling in for Bre our manager at Colonial Terrace who was out on maternity leave. Michele is full time at another Sodeberg property, in Bre’s absence she committed to be in the Colonial Terrace office 3 days a week while still managing her other property. Michele did an amazing job, although Bre was missed and we’re excited for her return, the property never suffered from her absence. Big thank you to Michele, Sodeberg management is lucky to have her.
