Large 2 bed for the price. Anything else you could want or look for in an apartment is the worst it could be. Mold, smoking, people not picking up after their pets. Half the tenants run their apartments like trap houses, but if you want something cheap with a landlord with her head in the clouds, then look no further.
Apartment was never fully finished electrical outlets, fans, lights left hanging with wires out, landlord has horrible communication and is extremely lazy! Much better apartments around save you’re cash!
Absolute horrible landlord, buildings are very old and have promise but no landlord to deliver. Save you’re money and you’re dignity while you can!
The worst place to live. These were nice years ago and previous landlord Terry Bass took good care of property and tenants in a timely manner (rest in peace Terry) New landlord took over and this place and it went downhill very quickly. Dog poop everywhere Police are at the apartments every night. Slum landlord fixes nothing and ignores calls. Mold in several apartments and they have had several lawsuits If you love your family stay away from these.
