I would love to share my experience with you guys about colonial square One thing about colonial square there's a lot of staff that works here and they do a very good job at with a supposed to do and when they supposed to do it so would give them 5 star's.
I have lived on this property for about 3 years. They have one of the best Property Management team these last few years, They are so very helpful when I need assistance, i know I can count on them to get the job done. The maintenance so far one of the best teams they show up and out everything. I never have to wait long to get anything fixed .
We have a wonderful Service Coordinator Ms. Angela she keeps activities for the kids and also ways to help out if she can. Really like her around.
I’ve lived here for over 5 years and imma just say this place is nasty and unprofessional. First one of the units with the building were infected with bugs and all the years we lived here we never EVER had nothing except seasonal field mice. Recently we started having sighting of the bugs withing our home and reported it and the people didn’t even try to do anything about it and instead blamed it on the one bad appearance they saw our home.
