We LOVE this place! First, the staff are AWESOME! First, the guys at the sales counter are very knowledgeable and courteous. They take their time making sure you get EXACTLY what you are looking for and what's best suited to you and your needs.It doesn't matter if we are buying a gun at the sales counter or if they are just processing the paperwork from our transfers, they are just as helpful and friendly! I've been a member of colonial now for 2 and 1/2 years. I live in Barboursville, which is about 85 to 90 miles away. It is so worth the drive to go to Richmond to shoot, because the facility is state-of-the-art and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had the chance to talk to a new woman shooter yesterday, answer some questions she had and hopefully helped her make an informed decision on what she needs to do in order to be trained and shoot safely. My husband took me for my BIRTHDAY, it was our first time and WE LOVE IT.....The officer's was VERYYYYYYYY HELPFUL WE LEARN A LOT they was Very Patient with Us...Tuedays half off for ladies....WE WILL BE RETURNING
