One word WOW
I have nothing to compare it to since I have never been to a range before. It is big and clean with lots of friendly and helpful staff.
My son came in for a visit from Fort Hood and I wanted to go with him to learn how to shoot...this was his first time at this range and my first time at any range...it was clean...the staff was very pleasant...i enjoyed it...
The facility is beautiful. Most of the folks that work there are great. The problem is with management. The manager that runs the place doesn't care about the customers or members one bit. Then you have the range counter "manager" that thinks he can talk to members and treat them any which way he wants to. After being a member for over a year I was harrassed, insulted, and called a liar in front of my family. I canceled my membership a couple days later and you would think that you might be asked why. Really clean facilities, friendly staff. Slightly expensive, but it makes the membership worth it!
