This was our first and last visit. Customer service is horrible, inexperienced and very uncomfortable environment. They gave us our ids and cards back and should not have and then later came back to retrieve them from us. The man in the back constantly nitpicked about everything we did during the set up and using the guns. If they have specific rules for their facility that may differ from others, then they need to do a better job informing the customers. We LOVE CSA! The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The building is large, clean, and most importantly WELL VENTILATED (if you've been to a range that wasn't you know how awful that is!) The benefits of becoming a member are great, we are there at least twice a month. Always having fun!
