These people do not return your deposit monies. I bet they make a fair amount of revenue from keeping the deposits even thought you have honored the terms of the lease. Stay away from these units. Their business practices are awful.
Helpful Staff,I have rented here for three years ,no problems ,great discounts,and one of the better places around traverse city to store your goods. i ride my cycle from the garage on weekends
me and my husband rented two uints from these people we paid our last month of storeage in may and took all our things out at the end of may and where told we would get our deposit mailed to us because the manager was not there to give it to us when we returned the keys and the locks to the office ,and then on july the 6th my husband got a phone call from them saying that we were 3 mos. behind in our payments and we didnt even have the uints anymore and still no deposit has been returned to us.
Terrible to do business with. I complied with all of the terms on vacating the unit and they would not issue me a check for the return deposit and then told me if I wanted the money I would have to drive to their office which was many miles away to get my money they do not mail checks.
