I've been renting from them for almost three years and have loved it. Well maintained and friendly people. Good selection of tenants as well.
Please do something about the bee problem at 403 Roxbury st. Since you guys up the rent every year but never maintain anything the least you can do is make it so I don't have to keep getting stung by bees. Paving the driveway would be an improvement too but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Please be decent people and actually do something please because some people are allergic to bees and it could be life threatening to other people if they get stung. I worry bout my neighbors.
Maintenance are super nice and helpful and always come when I have a problem with something thank you! Thing I don't like about Roxbury St is there is a guy who has an uninspected car that just sits here when somebody else could take the space and this guy already has multiple cars. Landlords don't care about their tenants at all. No assigned parking spots but it's ok for some selfish old guy to own several cars one of which IS NOT USED and EXPIRED TWO YEARS AGO 477 7718. Landlord doesn't respond to simple communication. A Google review gets their attention quickly. The rent increases $100 every year. The apartment doesn't get any better. If you're going to claim water, oil, & tax increases to raise, provide documentation to loyal tenants. This past winter I don't think we had the heat on more than 3 times. You are just greedy or trying to get rid of us. That's understandable, we would like to be rid of you, too.
