UPDATE 8/30: Someone from their HQ has been in contact with us and taken over our contract. They have returned calls quickly and kept my husband in the loop. I am hoping and praying this will be a good turning point. 8/23/19: Not the least bit impressed by this company. They have dragged their feet EVERY step of the way since we signed the contract.
