They do not honor warranty claims. 2 years in after full roof replacement by their A team from Virginia, a large 10ft long section of shingles at the Hip of roof has peeled off. This means they did not nail every shingle for 10 ft to peel off. I called in for warranty claim, date was set for someone to fix and no one ever showed. Its been 2 months since my initial contact, I have sent several emails and voicemails with no further response from them.
