Unethical billing and move out practices. Rude staff & awful management. They say any pre-existing conditions when you first move in won’t be an issue when you move out, but, then hit you with previously missing or damaged items on from the prior 2 to 3 tenants on your way out . Don’t expect to ever see your deposit again after you move in. They will also double charge you for cleaning services you paid for and provided receipts for again.
