Lack of clear communication with the property management staff, excuses, it's not our fault, etc, etc, etc. Updated 7/17/26- I was promised on 7/16/26 that if I left a voicemail for Jennifer, she'd return my call 1st thing today. Didn't happen, but they were able to reply to the review.
Very unprofessional company. Have left 5 phone messages requesting a return call over a period of about 1 month, and never received a call back.
Colonial - Worst property management service in HOA. Customer service for residents is bad. Manager Mark Lowery is not good at communicating with us. Go elsewhere. Stay away from Colonial.
I completely 100% agree with resident Brittany Morrow (recent 1 Star review) and others about Colonial Property Management poor customer service. Mark Lowery failed to respond to several emails and phone messages we left him for numerous weeks regarding a water leak from an upstairs unit and came into my unit. Mr. Lowery has no concern for residents and his poor decision making will inevitably lead the association to face litigation. Colonial Community Management has been a severe downgrade for our Las Vegas community. After switching from FirstService Residential, the quality of management has deteriorated noticeably in just a few months. I have attended multiple HOA meetings, and each one has been poorly organized and unproductive.
