They don't return phone calls .they allowed a rogue board member threaten and harass residents. The rogue member sent cease and desist letters. I reached out to management and never heard back .my entire like savings as an SSI recipient is gone now. They let it continue until damage was done to me and my household. Very unprofessional group, so sad really. Was a settled situation until a rogues board member action of his own reopened and now they're open to real lawsuits.
It seems that these folks just bought our management company Regal Management. I live in Cottonwood and our security gate has been broken for at least 3 months. They are asking home owners to cut trees but based on our HOA handbook it is the HOA to maintain. Also cutting trees this time of year can seriously damage and/or kill the trees. They should know you trim trees when they are dormant in the winter. The lawns here are a mess and it seems they only care about collecting money because no work is getting done!
Sarah Parker, the community manager for our HOA, is extremely understanding and helped us set up our resident portal, discussed the community policies with us, and was empathetic when we brought up our concerns about our community. Thank you for taking the time to make sure that our concerns were addressed.
Lack of clear communication with the property management staff, excuses, it's not our fault, etc, etc, etc. Updated 7/17/26- I was promised on 7/16/26 that if I left a voicemail for Jennifer, she'd return my call 1st thing today. Didn't happen, but they were able to reply to the review.
Very unprofessional company. Have left 5 phone messages requesting a return call over a period of about 1 month, and never received a call back.
