Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. It’s been weeks upon weeks, and they still can’t fix the simplest issue. No urgency, no competence, and no communication. I was told I’d get a call back today—of course, nothing. Not even the courtesy of a basic status update. This level of service is beyond terrible—it’s disgraceful. Avoid this place like the plague. This is in regards to the Las Vegas Office. They are the most unprofessional property management I’ve ever dealt with. Recently had a tree branch break off due to wind. Granted they are responsible for the landscaping in my HOA. So with the first incident, it damaged the home. They claimed to cut the tree down and they never did. Tried to switch their words and say it was trimmed and that was debatable even if it was. This most recent incident had a branch fall on 2 of my vehicles and in my yard. I’ve been a tenant within HOA that Colonial Property Management manages for four years, and my experience with Kim Van Heel and the company has been increasingly frustrating. Her attitude is consistently hostile and, at times, feels discriminatory. When we first rented the property, we were bombarded with violation notices and calls about cars parked in front of our house. These weren’t our cars, and we had no control over who parked there. They make it insanely difficult to pay your HOA bill!! Tried to contact them by phone and it goes straight to voicemail. Messaged them online and never got a response back? So we drove 30 minutes to their office and they say to pay your bill and late fee we have to bring in a check from the bank, fax or bring it back? Ughhh....
Stop water every 30 minutes. WE ARE NOT A GOLF COURSE AND WHAT A WASTE OF WATER. REPORTING YOU!!!!
