Awful company. Andover is awful if you’re considering moving here DO NOT! The HOA (colonial property) will harass you about the weeds growing (literally two weeds in the yard) but fails to hire proper street cleaning and common area cleaning. I’ve been on walks with my children USED CONDOMS in the street. Trash everywhere. They don’t answer your calls or emails about anything unless it’s pertaining to you paying for something. Terrible company. I am one of the few that likes HOAs, until this company came around. Constant harassment about meaningless crap. I get a letter from them every month over things that are insanely petty. I have a very good tenant in my home the past four years and have never had a problem with them. Today, I get a another violation letter claiming the house is being used as a hotel! She is a retired school teacher with elementary school granddaughters. If you are in the market for a HOA, stay away from these jerks.

CPMLV Las Vegas Office 8595 S. Eastern Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89123 gets no stars. Mark Lowery (supervisor) specifically is beyond unprofessional. He allowed a security guard to do maintenance work with electrical wires outside of the unit. When I raised concerns and asked why did a professional not handle this. He said a professional came after and checked her work. I asked when and what was the damages that a security guard documented.
