This company is by far the worst HOA I have ever delt with, be prepared to get charged fee's for the smallest things so this company can get more money. I was charged for fees while on Active Duty Orders with the Nevada Army National Guard and they just racked them up with no care for Veterans or Active members of the military. I wouldn't recommend as well with most of the reviews.
I literally still own a house in this neighborhood. They ruined the neighborhood by hiring some cheap security company. They let anyone in and the guard gate is pointless that we pay for.
Got stuck with this bad company while on a HOA. Stay away! Bad communication and very low interest on the Association reserve funds!
