I agree as Pine Creek Estates has a lot of problems. The Manager and Area Manager are changing work orders, have the contractors do it - The Manager does not help the tenants and is very slow on work orders, Has a trailer cellphones, only pays for lot rent, She had a large wooden deck and cement parking area installed on her lot which is wider that most as many tenants do not have cement parking lots or decks, only new ones. - Maintenance guy is on medical pot. arthritis and I have seen him on heavy duty equipment, He also w... read more
This mobile home park had gas explosions on Christmas Eve December 24, 2023. The gas lines and electric are outdated making it dangerous for all tenants/home purchasers. The natural gas remains off and tenants are not being offered any relief. More than 50 families are without natural gas.
