First, the maintenance team was always professional and accommodating and on top of everything, really great guys! Most of the neighbors were really nice and I never had any packages messed with so there's that. (FYI, upper floor packages are frequently left down by the mailbox, especially amazon.) Move in was nondescript. But bloody hell was moving out super duper weird. The property management office staff peeps could be replaced with AI and it would be just as useless and far less awkward. I’ve lived here a little over a year now and I absolutely love it! All the staff here has been extremely kind and helpful.
I wish I could put 2 separate reviews. Maintenance is AMAZING. Office management is rude.
