RecommendedMy son and I have lived at Colonial Plaza Apartments for the past two years. It is simply an amazing place to live. The location is as good as it gets for this area. Only minutes within everywhere we need to go! I have always felt that we were safe, and have never had any issues to make me feel slightly otherwise. The apartment was up to date and very comfortable for a small family. CP has two salt water pools that my son and I enjoyed very much. RecommendedI’ve been here over a year. It is quiet except for the noise from the Capt Shreve High School stadium in the evening. But I don’t hear much on my side. The maintenance folks are good and fast. Everyone in the office is nice. We enjoy the two pools and hot tub.
