We are an apartment community in the City of Williamsburg with awesome reviews on Yelp, apartmentratings.com and google! We include most utilities: water, sewer, sanitation and trash removal so all you pay is electricity (no gas utilities to pay!) We are close to shopping, entertainment, William & Mary, Interstate 64 and I99. We also have a pool open 7 days a week during the season! Please stop by and see why we are so special!

We lived at Colonial Pines for roughly 3 years in two different apartment units. During the first few months, I didn’t have much to complain about. The repairs were minimal, my neighbors were fantastic, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Boy, how things changed. Here's just some of what we dealt with: - Mice infestation in first apartment unit - Constant water leaks underneath the property and random shut-offs without warning, sometimes for 12+ hours (don’t drink your tap water - you’re welcome) - Dog poop ... read more
RecommendedI have lived here for over a yr now .. I love it here it is very quiet and clean and everyone gets along with everyone..I love the dog park and my Molly she loves to run around in the park .. the stuff are awesome and works with you and are very understanding.... if anyone out there are looking for a place this is the place to live ... I want to thank the stuff for all the work they do to keep this place going and so clean ... Thank you all and God bless you all
It has mold and mice in it and they never fix anything in the apartment and they always got water leaks and pest control always out there
I have been a resident of Colonial Pines for 9 months, and cannot say enough kind words about our wonderful community. It is quiet, clean, and peaceful. My children and I always feel safe and comfortable here. The management and maintenance staff are world-class. Debby, the property manager, walks the delicate tight rope between tough and compassionate with an uncommon dignity and grace. Almonie is always smiling and ready to help. While visiting with my In Laws, an incident came up where law enforcement had to be called. Instead of helping to ease the situation, Debby, who works in the front office, came to the door and was completely rude and said some things that made me feel like she was a bit racist until my wife came and talked to her. She also threatened my Mother-In-Law telling her things like, "it was a good thing she left out of the office when she did." If you are a POC, please be weary of this apartment complex and it's staff.
My husband and I have been living here for about 1 year and 4 months and I truly enjoy it! I love it the most on a beautiful warm day I take my son outside and color blow bubbles or go for a nice bike ride. Everyone is friendly. The front desk are always so nice and very helpful! Great place to live!
