Colonial Penn has failed my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. After my mother passed away, I contacted Colonial Penn to begin the claims process for the two life insurance policies she had in place. One policy paid out — the other, meant for my minor son, has still not been resolved over two months later. I was told multiple times that paperwork would be sent to allow me, as his legal guardian, to claim the funds on his behalf. When customer service called me and then connected me to an agent who lives in Denver, Co named Keith, all he wanted to do is talk about himself and then literally argued and debated with me on what my wishes were for a plan. He was so so adamant about selling me a plan HE wanted to sell versus LISTENING TO ME and what I WANTED! Horrible service. Will NEVER use colonial Penn! Horrible!!!!!!!!
