Please be very careful before doing business with this insurance company. My experience with them has been terrible. They took money from me without asking for or receiving my authorization, and I was extremely upset when I discovered the charge. I do not appreciate any company taking money from me without my permission. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurance company. Never helped by customer service, however they shouldn’t be called service by any means!! I have never been able to get help and the person on the line doesn’t care. They even make up reasons if you have a problem. It is your fault. They told me my bank was stopping payments on my policy. Spoke to the bank and was told they don’t do that it is up to me to stop payments not the bank.
