First off, i saw this company on the tv and i only have questions. When i called them, the lady said first give me your information and then i will answer your questions. I unfortunately gave her my personal information because i was nervous. After that, she told me an agent will call me back and hang up on me. She did not answer any of my questions and instead took my information without my consent. I agree , I will never recommend this company, Yes it was my fault , I was unable to pay my premiums, after falling on hard times ,so all the money that I paid , somebody got a bonus or pocketed the money . I called wanted to know if I could get my money back , nope even after talking to a supervisor ( which both were very hard to UNDERSTAND) , so like I said someone pocketed the money that I paid in . Definitely a waste of time
One of the worst insurance companies I have ever had to deal with. If I could give them zero stars I would. They tell you one thing and then do another. The phone reps are rude as hell and lazy and not helpful at all. If you're looking for life insurance for your loved ones please go through anyone else and not them. Do not invest your money nor your time in this company because when it comes time to pay out they will give you the runaround and mess you over.
Customer service is impeccable with explaining and the benefits of adding to my plan.
