My wife and I live in the building above the garage, so we purchased tandem spots for $190 a month. In the year that we've lived here, my wife's monthly pass does not work about half of the time, despite being reset and replaced by the staff. I've also been locked into the garage on numerous occasions. I tried using my credit card to pay to get out, but that doesn't work either so I've missed appointments.
