The tenants are very racist. I was walking by, as I just moved in the neighborhood and it seemed to be for the elderly so I was curious. Two ‘Karen’s’ threatened to call the police. Yvette the property manager is unprofessional and will not provide owner info to those seeking information above her. Yvette also has visitors towed and was recorded on video threatening visitors as well. Do not move to these in adequate apartments or try to visit anyone! Shady management won’t even give out the owners info. She doesn’t even smile. Please get out of Texas with this kind of treatment to Houstonians! Both the manager and assistant manager are friendly and helpful. If you have an issue, all you have to do is let them know and they'll take care of whatever you need. Living here is quiet and peaceful.
