I’ve been living here for many years. Ms Mary is wonderful she cares about us in our little community. She responds to phone calls, e-mails and anytime things aren’t going well here and Darryl work as a team to resolve the problem. It’s quiet and peaceful there that’s why I have been there as long as I have been there. In the winter they make sure our pathway to get to our cars are always a priority. I love the family atmosphere. Thanks Ms Mary and Daryl yall the bomb😊😊
Great place to live, very quiet and pleasant. updated and landscaping is always well kept. The property manager (Mary Rucker) is wonderful and welcoming. She’s always helpful and resourceful, great customer service and she as well as maintenance responds to all request in a timely manner.
I’ve been a resident for 10 years at this location and I can say, I have no plans on leaving as maintenance keeps the grounds Amazing, the leasing office stays on top of things and the development area is clean, quiet and somewhere I call home!
I've been living here for 4 months Mary has been one of the reasons I moved in She is so inviting and her spirit is so real She helped me to feel like I was at home and still checks up on me to make sure everything is all right
The management of any townhouse needs were always met.. Ms. Mary Rucker is always making sure the tenant is satisfied at all times. She has done an excellent job. Maintenance with Mr.Darryl Pollard has been excellent too. Requests are taken care quickly. I am truly satisfied.
