There is never any parking over here. They lie and say they have plenty but we literally fight every night for a space to park. Management lets multiple cars for one apt. The laundry room is worse. The machines barely work and when they don’t we never get a refund. There’s neighbors who’s been here since the 90’s and they don’t like anyone under 40!!! Rethink this
I have been a resident here for about 14 years. I love it! I’ve had other property managers during this time , but Mary Rucker is the best!! She is very personable, friendly and does an excellent job managing the property. She takes care of any concerns or issues in a timely manner. I can always depend on her . Great place to live, very quiet and pleasant. updated and landscaping is always well kept. The property manager (Mary Rucker) is wonderful and welcoming. She’s always helpful and resourceful, great customer service and she as well as maintenance responds to all request in a timely manner.
I’ve been living here for many years. Ms Mary is wonderful she cares about us in our little community. She responds to phone calls, e-mails and anytime things aren’t going well here and Darryl work as a team to resolve the problem. It’s quiet and peaceful there that’s why I have been there as long as I have been there. In the winter they make sure our pathway to get to our cars are always a priority. I love the family atmosphere. Thanks Ms Mary and Daryl yall the bomb😊😊
Mary Rucker and Darryl are always accessible, professional and down to earth. Since i have been here i have developed a friendship with both of them. Anything i need they are there to help. Times i just needed to talk about life Mary is always there. They are the back bone to this complex and hope that K&D realizes what a good asset they are to us out here.
