The management of any townhouse needs were always met.. Ms. Mary Rucker is always making sure the tenant is satisfied at all times. She has done an excellent job. Maintenance with Mr.Darryl Pollard has been excellent too. Requests are taken care quickly. I am truly satisfied.
I have been a resident here for about 14 years. I love it! I’ve had other property managers during this time , but Mary Rucker is the best!! She is very personable, friendly and does an excellent job managing the property. She takes care of any concerns or issues in a timely manner. I can always depend on her . My husband & I have been tenants here for the last 5 years and have nothing but positive experiences. Ms.Mary is always so helpful, & accommodating. The Maintenance Man is usually on premise, so if you have emergency he's near by, that's something we truly appreciate.
The management is professional and efficient. It’s a clean, safe, and peaceful environment to live in. Thank you Mary and Darryl for all that you do!
I've been living at Colonial Townhomes for almost 8 years... I've always had a very pleasant experience with Mary, the Property Manager and the Maintenance man Darryl... they're always prompt with my work orders, and answering any questions that I may have; in a timely and very professional manner. I'd definitely recommend living here!.
