The entire staff was very welcoming. They made me forget I was there for a procedure. It felt like I was hanging out with friends. They were VERY KIND and PROFESSIONAL. The day after my procedure they called me to see how I was doing. They explained everything to me and told me that if I have any concerns or questions to not hesitate to call them. If you can avoid having your surgery here I would. I had an ACL reconstruction here and throughout the entire proccess I felt rather exposed. They are also very shady about billing and don't answer the phone but a recorded message states they will call you back in the same business day. Which does not happen.
This staff was so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable and calm. I was really surprised at how much bedside manner was given and they seem to really care. Dr Ameglio and his accompanying staff was wonderful. Dr K, Trish, Margaret, kenny and more, im sorry if I forgot others. I will recommend this center for sure 🫶 they even gave me a window room where I could watch the golfers strike out on the course…entertaining!
