I am so very happy to stay here at colonial oaks, lovely ,beautiful and clean.
Do not go to live in this apartments. This apartments socks. The maintenance socks. They don't fix anything. There are cockroaches and nothing work properly. In addition, there is a business with the crane services and they take out from the inside apartments parking your car although your car have the apartments sticker and you have to pay if you want your car back and if you call the management for help they said that was your fault always. Seems like every week there's something new wrong with my apartment. Currently, I'm sitting in the dark, and i only have two functioning outlets. it's 43° outside and i have no heat. Do not waste your money here
