I was very disappointed to hear, from my parents, of their poor treatment at Colonial Nursery today. Perhaps the staff was having a rough day, or maybe the nursery end of things has been left wanting a bit, but my mother was dismissed quite rudely. When she told staff she was looking for a hanging plant, the reply was a short, "They're all hanging". When she went on to clarify what type of hanging plant she was looking for, staff basically dropped two baskets on the floor next to her and walked away. Clearly too busy to help... read more
