SORRY, BUT I HAVE TO GIVE AN UPDATE: I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON MY 2015 NISSAN VERSA NOTE. EIGHT MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING MY CAR THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE OTHER PARTY'S INSURANCE DEEMED MY CAR "TOTALED" WHY AM I HAVING SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME WITH THE CARRIER OF MY EXTENDED WARRANTY, ALLSTATE, TO REIMBURSE ME? I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH THE DEALERSHIP TO KEEP ON TOP OF MY CLAIM, BUT HE SEEMS TO BE GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE SINCE JUNE 21ST, 2016. WHAT OTHER RECOURSE IS AVAILABLE TO ME?
