Peaceful neighborhood with responsive staff. The few problems we've had weren't their fault (for example, dishwasher broke down) and they were very quick to address them. There's coin-operated laundry on-site, but no change machine, so that is inconvenient sometimes. Reading the other reviews here, I don't agree or things have changed since those people left. The rent may be a little overpriced, though, for being so far out of town.

Alright, everything may seem good at Colonial Manor until the winter time and your car is hit by one of the communities snow plow that’s driven by one of the maintenance guys. That’s what happened to us as soon as we moved in back in January but there weren’t any witnesses, just plow tracks leading up to our damaged car and a dented number of the communities truck used for plowing.
