The first time I spoke to Joe over the phone, I could tell he knew his stuff. I have renovated three houses over the years so I know a good contractor right off the bat. Joe discussed the minor difficulties involved in installing and interior metal railing and an exterior ones before I had a chance to point them out myself. The ironwork was beautiful.
