RecommendedYou can tell at one time the owners of the property did not care about it. How ever you can see, whoever owns the property now. Has been doing a lot of improvements. I have seen plenty of improvements done to the property. The lady who manages it. Is very attentive to you problems. It's so nice that there is a place to allow your dog to play. As well as having a nice playground for the kids. For the most part the neighbors are extremely nice and friendly. Overall it's really a nice apartment complex.
I don't mind them not doing anything used to that. but when I moved out they said that they had to replace carpet blinds oven treys light bulbs and i owe collections 1300$ for that when I know for a fact there was no holes in walls its some BS oh we got kicked out for a pitbull puppy when three full grown ones lived below us so ya please don't rent here if u like good credit scores cause they charge it to you even if it is in the same condition it was when u got there. management is changing the place for the better .... the remodeled apartments are very nice

we have had mold for eight months we pay 700 for a two bedroom apartment and we can only use one room do to the mold. three maintenance men have looked at it over the last eight months and said it was an all day job and they had to order new wall something but still nothing has been done. i have pictures of how bad the mold is in my kids room it just wont let me upload. the air conditioning sucks we had to leave our apartment tonight bc its over 90 degrees they put in a five year old air unit and got upset when it broke afte... read more
Not only is there roaches when we moved in and stained carpets not to mention they didn't clean and a nasty bathroom when we moved in. there is remodeling going on everywhere so even on the weekends we can't sleep hardly when I get a day off. Thieves breaking into our cars, thieves stealing clothes from the laundry room. Highly recommend to avoid to avoid this place. The reputation does proceed this place criminal hills is definitely right
The newly remodeled units are very nice. Great touring experience. Putting our app in on the 4th!
We just moved here a few weeks ago and are loving it! Management is so helpful and kind! They made our move so easy!
