I tried calling in for my dog earlier and I was told that I couldn't add my dog under my dad's name they knew that my dog was not my dad's dog they Literally told me they could not add him because he was at my dad's dog then when I tried making a new account I tried getting my other dog who is not my dad's dog under my new account and the supervisor told me that she was going to hang up on me because I had an attitude I'm just mad that they can't organize or tell people that their policies have changed I've called on August ... read more
So very grateful that the folks here were willing to make room in their schedule for my Webster when my regular vet (who has gotten an awful lot of business from me lately) couldn’t find the time to see him. I have been dealing with Dr. Metry since 1991 and I’ve always felt special when I go in with my many dogs and cats. Their staff is always the best when dealing with many various issues I’ve had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We've been bringing our animals to Colonial Heights Veterinary Hospital for nearly 20 years now, and we have referred others there. Obviously we are very happy with them. The staff is kind and courteous and all of the veterinarians are wonderful!
