Receptionist destiny is rude and nasty hung up in my face when they never answer the phone in the first place and tried to argue with me on why I needed a refill for my sick child with the flu! Don’t ever take your child here! The worse experience!
Colonial Heights Pediatrics receptionist needs to start answering the phone. They never answer the phone and the portal is a joke. I went a message their and never got a response. I'm thinking about switching doctors. They are excepting new patients but can't call the one back they have.
Dr was friendly. Staff was very helpful
Always awesome found out good information. If your kids snore take them to the Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor because kids shouldn’t snore!
I love love love Dr. Shahab we have been with him 2.5 years id never trust another Dr. with our little boy. He is so kind and knows exactly what he is talking about, always explains everything. He is a little drive but id drive to New York for him! And his staff is AMAZING as well 💗
Dr. Iqbal is very Caring and great with the kids!!
Wouldn’t trust my daughter with anyone else. Dr Shahab is fantastic
