I had my cleaning done and I was very pleased. I have always received excellent service. All is done very professional.
Office staff is very courteous and helpful with appointmetns. Cleaning and any dental work has always been very good.
Dr. Creech did my filling with care and quality. I am impressed with her attention to detail, and her concern about patient comfort. She earns my highest recommendation.
My first visit was a very positive experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly which helped put me at ease, since going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do! Esther (the hygienist) was very thorough and professional. Dr Creech explained everything so that any patient could understand. Thank you, girls!

Due to a scheduling conflict, I was unable to make my appointment. They were able to work me into the schedule within the next few days:) Dr. Shepherd is the only dentist I've ever had that I actually look forward to seeing. Just a great group of people at Colonial Heights Dental Group!

As a new patient coming in with pretty bad teeth, I was embarrased and nervous as I have not been to the dentist in a while. The girl that took me back was absolutely the sweetist person ever. She made me feel comforted,she was sympathetic instead of judgemental, she was talking about a positive dental future for me instead of a negative one even though I have to get most of my teeth pulled. She gave me options, she gave me comfort and most important she gave me respect. Oh, and the Dr. was great as well..
