Brought my grandfathers cat in to get checked out and absolutely love the service of this place. The people are so friendly, thorough, and very good at their jobs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else that is looking for a vet to go to. I will definitely bring my future animals to this place.
Excellent service! Super friendly!! Dr. Gray was so caring for our little Arnold pup! Thank you!!
I completely trust this vet office. After bringing my first Yorkie (Crickett) from another vet to here, I made my mind up these folks were truly here for the well-being of the animals. Unfortunately she fell sick and passed away 2 years ago this coming January. We have since got another Yorkie, (Roxy). She adores the staff and doctors. Today she was spayed. Kelly called to update Roxy's status once the procedure was complete. I appreciated that so, so much! Dr. Gray, Melanie, Kelly, and Hillary among other staff have all bee... read more
Thank you Dr Gray and Kelly for all you did Friday. This was the hardest decision I've ever made . It will take some time to get over the loss of Zoey 17yr and Joey 15yr but knowing Joeys health condition and Zoey not able to walk I know I made the right decision We have been with you for 24years (Toby being our first) and hands down this is the best Vet. in Kingsport. We will continue to refer you and If we ever get a new dog you will be the first to know. Thank you and your staff for being so caring and compassionate throu... read more
The staff is always compassionate & very friendly to me & my fur babies. I don't worry about them being taken care of, they spoil them just like we do. Melanie Widener & the entire staff are the best!
Dr. Gray and his assistant's were excellent during my dogs surgery. Dr. Gray was very thorough and explained what they found by x-rays that a tumor had developed in my dogs belly. After the surgery, Dr. Gray met with me and was able to show pictures of the tumor that was removed from my dog. I felt that my dog was in good hands during the whole surgery procedure. I appreciate that the staff/Dr's are very welcoming and attentive to the animal's needs. Thank you Colonial Heights Veterinary Clinic.
Just left with my two dogs. We were a walk-in and have always taken our dogs to another hospital. We absolutely loved our visit! Dr. Hyatt and his nurse were wonderful! We have found a new hospital for our fur babies!
