We love CHAH! They listen to everything the owner says and do a great job with the Animals. I am willing to drive over an hour to see this vet and wish I could give more than five stars! Chance gives 5 tail wags and a slurp- he is always happy to go see Dr Gray!
I’m new to the area and had not yet established care with a veterinarian. I’ve had two small emergencies with my dog. For both instances, Colonial Heights was incredibly accommodating with squeezing us into the schedule and offering exceptional care for my sweet Alice. I will take my fur babies here as long as we are in the Tri Cities!
This was the first time we used groomer. What a great job. My dog has a lot of growths on him and not one was nicked He had to get cut close as he did have mats. No area was too short as to be irritated or sore. Thank you
This is the absolute, most compassionate and kindest place you could ever find to take care of your precious fur babies! They took great care of my sweet Teddy for 14 years and I can’t imagine ever taking a pet anywhere else.

Thanks so much for boarding my cats this weekend and I am so sorry that Cooper Pooper got out and wrecked your cat room. I think he may have done that at boarding there before. But he has so much personality, it’s hard to stay mad at him. So thanks for not banning him.
