Dr Creech and her staff are always so friendly and great at their respective jobs. My husband and I had such anxiety trying to find a new dentist when we relocated to Kingsport after leaving a fabulous dental practice in our previous state. How wonderful for us that we found Dr. Creech!!!
The friendliness of staff and the professionalism, yet kindness, of all makes for a good visit. I know I am in the best of hands when it comes to my dental work.
As always Dr. Shepherd made me feel relaxed and his assistant is really great too. I was so nervous and had a sick dog at home I was so worried about, they got my crown prep done quickly and almost painless. His assistant went the extra mile to make me comfortable and less anxious. Dr Shepherd even gave me a cd of his family singing. Because of my neck surgery they let me sit up between breaks! Thanks
The whole staff is always so friendly and things go so smoothly from cleaning to major dental work. :)
