The service was excellent as usually. We appreciate how attentive you and your staff are to all patients.
Everyone from the receiptionist to the dentist were very friendly and kind to me. I have been a patient for a long time and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I do have a coment on the gloves used, for some reason( and they may be the same ones always used), I found the odor offensive. Nothing horrible but just noticable.
I always have a great experience with the staff here. I've been coming here for 20+ years (I think). Dr. Collins and the rest of the staff have always been professional and personable at the same time. I had a crown put on this visit and was made comfortable during the whole time. I always tell my friends about this practice...best "Doc" ever!

I think that the thing I appreciate the most about my care at Colonial Heights Dental Group is that I am first of all respected as a person, receive the most up to date treatment available, and am not "sold" any kind of process that I don't absolutely need. This has not always been the case with previous practitioners.

Dr. Shepherd was recommended to me when I first moved to this area. Over 20 years later, I am still going to him for all my dental cleanings and other dental needs. He's friendly and caring while still being very professional, has excellent expertise, and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
