Please beware of documents they give you to complete, some documents that you are ask to complete will be billed to your insurance company for you to pay. I completed a form and was billed $62. I was never told or advised that by completing the form it would be a charge. This sheet took me 30 seconds to complete!
This place is very slow to get to patients. No matter what, my appointment is always a hour plus. Do not come here and expect to have a smooth and fast visit
My Mom and Sister use this facility and we have been very pleased with their provider and the assistants. The provider and his staff would be rated a 5. My complaint is with the call in policies. It is unacceptable to deal with your ridiculous recorded prompts. Sick people don't want to hold for 17 callers to leave their message. We had to drive to your office to leave a message at the front desk to request a refill with no success. Tried calling again today with no success.
