The staff and residents are AMAZING!! I would’ve given 5 stars except that the administration as well as certain higher-ups are fake, manipulating assholes thinking they’re up on a pedestal and who’s motto is “Family first”, but they’re only talking about their own family not the residents or employees’ family.
