We are a ninety bed facility, with both adjoining and private rooms. We offer long and short term stays, respite, hospice, and palliative care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation heartfelt care.

RecommendedVery nice individuals to communicate with in the facility when you need help. Able to request a room to be kept available if you are having surgery and know your date. They are willing to bendover backwards to accomodate the needs of all residents and concerns of the family. Not many facilities/rehabs do this at all. They are a cold lonely place. My aunt is a resident there. I visit frequently, she is always clean and well cared for by the staff. The facility is spotless. There are various activities to entertain and interact with the residents. The administration is visible and transparent. I would highly recommend Colonial Health care for your family member.
Our family is appreciative for the care our grandfather receives at Colonial Health & Rehab. He is happy and enjoys the daily/monthly activities.
