I went in this morning and spoke with Mrs Tanya she well informed and let me know what to do next good experience
I came in today spoke with Mrs Tanya about my living situation she informed me the waiting list was close and took her time to explain to me the process she is very educated and let me know the next steps to take she also could see I was down today she bought my child McDonalds from door dash I’m not use to a leasing agent helping like this I really appreciate her kindness
Ms. Tanya has returned to the office and is now answering the phones. She previously served in this role and was always very pleasant and professional. Please allow her time to become reacclimated to the position and the heavy workload that I’m sure was left. Excellent job, Colonial Hall, for listening to your residents. We kindly request that she be supported with like minded staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team. A concern parent of one of your long-term resident!
This place needs to be condemned. It is not suits for no one to live there roaches and …Mice ….AC units. Don’t work mold in the house.
