This place needs to be condemned. It is not suits for no one to live there roaches and …Mice ….AC units. Don’t work mold in the house.
Nasty! They don’t fix nothing ! My ceiling was leaking water for months! I kept calling they kept saying they going to have someone come out it got to bad it spread unto my son room and the living room! Rats !! I called told them rats been in unit for months they said i need to get rat traps i asked if i will get reimbursed since its the job they said nothing! Overall no!!!! They have redid some apartments but the building so old it’s pointless i feel like
UPDATE:they have temporarily relocated me to another unit in the complex after telling me that they didn't have any units available before my ceiling caved in. Despite me still paying rent on the unit, not being set up with a permanent stable unit, and all of my belongings still being in the unit while they work on it,management has changed the locks to the unit without notifying me and are now avoiding answering the phone after me reaching out twice. Results of deliberate negligence from Lexington Hall management. They were reached out to the problem causing this mold back in June and this is resulted in me getting sick and having breathing issues. Do not move into this complex or any complex owned by Lexington. I encourage anyone in these units dealing with these issues to open an escrow account. I am trying desperately to get the hell out of here before it kills me because they go out of their way to ignore their tenants with these issues.
