Great Place I worked with Joseph Curcuru at Creekside Hills to lease my apartment and he was very accommodating and flexible with getting all of the paperwork completed. The complex itself is also very nice with valet trash pickup, a nice pool area with grills, very clean gym, a business center, and they even have community socials with hot dogs chips and cookies for everyone! Overall a great place to do business with and to live!
Very Nice I toured these apartments about fourteen months ago. These apartments are super nice. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend to anyone who could afford it.
Great place to live I lived in Post Crest for a few years before moving out. I loved the complex and the people who worked there. The landscaping was always top notch and the complex was kept very clean. The pool always had a good crowd in the summer. Rent was fair and when we moved out we didn't have any problems getting our deposit back. Great place to live.
Loved It! Great place to live! The manager and staff are a pleasure to deal with and you can't beat the price for the home you get. I highly recommend this place!
Worst Management Ever!!! DON'T RENT THIS PLACE. A complete rip-off when you out. They don't consider anything as wear and tear. We were never charged by any of our old apartments anything during the last 7 years of our renting history, but here we were charged a totally unreasonable amount. AND THE WORST MANAGEMENT TO DEAL WITH OR TALK TO. I really regret moving in to these apartments and living there for 2 years.
these apartments are horibble!! The actual apartments are not extremely bad, besides being dated, but the staff is absolutely awful! Any time I put in a request for something to be fixed, I had to contact the office at least three times before anything would be done about it. It took a month and a half for me to receive a dishwasher I could use. I have lived in apartments for 6 years and these by far have to worst service!!!
Don't fall for outside picture! Those 3 Office girls are horrible! I lived here about 3 years. Last 2 years, office ladies were nice. Now, they changed office people and they are horrible. Not to mention how ugly they are. When i changed room to 1 bedroom to 2bed room, they check my room and they said redecoration fee will be somewhere in $50. and when i recieved the invoice. it was $300. I hate it here! This place has old appliances and old everything. Maybe in it's day it was nice but I can tell you from experience that it is a crap hole now. If you want something nice to live in, go elsewhere, this isn't the place to be.
